A short sped-up edit of a short film character

Taken from my first experimental short film 'Whirlwind'.
I took the montage sequence and changed the ratio to 9:16 to fit TikTok and Instagram reel formats.
Using Capcut, I also changed the speed to 1.1x and added a "wobble & zoom" combined effect to the beginning of the clip to add extra movement. This type of "edit" is similar to "fan edits" typically seen on Instagram and TikTok fan accounts' pages.
I've always wanted to experiment with this style of editing and I really enjoy the pace and synching of fan edits like this.
The actual montage itself, in the film, was edited using Adobe Premiere Pro in 2022 where I manually cut the footage and added transitions to the beat of the music.
I wanted to go back to this montage sequence in 2024 and see if I could add a little extra flair to it. It was also a good excuse to gain familiarity with the web version of Capcut.
